Very relaxing stay in the middle of the Boynton Canyon, with direct access to two hiking trails! The resort is very spread out, quiet, remote, with excellent service. We stayed at Junior Suite 2 Queens room and were happy with the size, layout, the fireplace, patio with a beautiful view, and amazing large bathroom with a shower and oversized bathtub. However, the carpet and broken sink does show the age of the resort. There are two restaurants at Enchantment, both are just ok and very overpriced for the quality, size and taste, so we would drive to Sedona for dinner after dining at each in-resort restaurant several times. We enjoyed the main pool/jacuzzi, what a beautiful view and we appreciated the pool was heated. Tennis courts were great also! The spa amenities were very nice, but, unfortunately, my massage was disappointing. Overall, although we enjoyed much needed serenity, fantastic service and luxurious amenities of this resort, we are not sure if we would return since the price of this resort feels disproportionally high for what you get.

I am updating my original review following our second stay at this property. We first visited in April 2021, and that experience was truly fantastic. We left looking forward to returning, which we did in February 2026. Unfortunately, this visit did not fully live up to our first experience. There were several service-related issues — about five in total — that fell short of what I would expect from a resort of this caliber. I outlined those concerns in my initial review. Shortly after posting, I was contacted by resort management and asked if I would be willing to speak with them directly. I appreciated the outreach and welcomed the opportunity, as their message seemed sincere and genuinely focused on understanding how they could improve. I had that conversation this morning and am very grateful for the time they took to listen thoughtfully to my concerns. No organization or person is perfect, and occasional missteps happen. What matters most is how those situations are handled. I left the call convinced that management sincerely wanted constructive feedback and is committed to making improvements moving forward. I commend them for acknowledging the concerns, taking ownership, and demonstrating a willingness to improve. That level of responsiveness speaks volumes.

I recently stayed at Enchantment Resort, and it is truly a mixed bag of world-class atmosphere and some frustrating "resort-life" hurdles. Here is the breakdown of my experience: The Highlights: Views & Activities The resort is absolutely breathtaking. If you are looking for beautiful views, this is the place to be. The red rock backdrop is cinematic, and the resort does a great job of offering plenty of activities to keep you engaged with the landscape. Whether you’re hiking or just lounging by the pool, the aesthetic is a 10/10. The Food: Just "Okay" The dining experience was a bit underwhelming given the caliber of the resort. I’d describe the food as "okay-ish." Both the taste and the portion sizes left something to be desired—it wasn't bad, but it didn't quite live up to the premium price point or the incredible scenery. The Dealbreaker: The Wi-Fi The biggest downside—and the reason for the docked star—was the Wi-Fi. It was honestly a struggle. There is only one network for the entire property, and it is incredibly unstable. It kept disconnecting randomly multiple times within a single hour. I initially thought it was just an issue with my phone, but I tested it on three different devices to be sure, and the result was the same on all of them I even followed up with the staff to see if there was a different network we should be using, but I was told that the single, shared Wi-Fi is the only option available. For a resort of this caliber, you expect a stable connection, and this unfortunately fell short.

Excellent resort. The location is amazing! This is a hidden gem. Very friendly staff and extremely service oriented. Lovely sitting areas to enjoy the views, heated pools and a ton of other activities. Easy access to trails from the resort as well. Decent restaurants and bars - the food and drinks are on the pricier side.

Great spot. The food is decent but very expensive for what it is. Think four seasons pricing. Cocktails are $20-100. That’s not a typo. Trailhouse was mixed bag. One guy seemed more interested in telling us how he was a professional guide so he couldn’t recommended what we would like because what he liked was so much more badass than anyone else. That was pretty lame. But we went a second time and a different employee was fantastic. Their fees are ridiculous tho. 2-5x what you might pay for the same thing elsewhere. One employee we asked told us it was fine to use our drone then another yelled at us and told us it was against policy. The rooms are lovely tho and overall the employees were too. Great spot to hike out from. Stunning views all day long. Overall worth it for my party.

This was our second stay and just like the first time, it did not disappoint! The room (Junior Suite King) was spotless, beautifully decorated, quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The fireplace made for cozy evenings. Every staff member we encountered were friendly, kind and super attentive. Dining....fabulous! The grounds are pristine and the views are nothing short of amazing. Direct access to beautiful hiking trails a plus! Topnotch resort in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Looking forward to our next stay!

Very lovely hotel, some aspects of it are phenomenal, some slightly disappointing. We checked in (the process for check-in is outstanding) and got to our room. Unfortunately, the next room over had a dog barking non-stop, so after 15 minutes we asked to change rooms. The process wasn't great (at first they offered us a different style of room - two queen beds instead of a king. Only after I said we'd be happy to just find another place in Sedona did they say they'd call us back. After 10 minutes they offered us a similar room to the one we booked, but it was in a slightly worse location - near the parking lot - fine, no big deal. But from a hospitality perspective, felt less than top tier. No effort was really made to acknowledge the inconvenience. If you hold yourself out as a premium experience, you should aspire to meet that standard. Rooms are very nice, housekeeping was phenomenal. Hummingbird is an outstanding restaurant. Wish they had a few more activities for guests, but everything they do offer was high level. I'd recommend it to people who enjoy this kind of experience.

Such a surreal place. THIS is how you do a resort. Everyone is super friendly, the amenities are top tier. Even when you think it can't be topped there's an extra detail that just takes it over the top. A weekend is not enough, definitely book at least 4 nights to really experience everything
